Evergreen Solar, Q-Cells and REC Are Equal Partners in EverQMarlboro, Massachusetts; Thalheim, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany; and Hovik, Norway [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] German regulatory authorities have approve previously announced EverQ partnership agreements in which Evergreen Solar, Inc., Q-Cells AG and Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) are to share equally in the net income generated by EverQ, which manufactures solar modules in Thalheim, Germany.
