Hendricks buys Danish manufacturer

Hendricks Holding Company, Inc. purchased the assets of Roug A/S, a Denmark based wind power products manufacturer.
Together the companies will form Hendricks Industries. Based in Herning, Denmark. Roug A/S is a manufacturing company of towers, cabins and foundations for the wind turbine industry. Roug A/S was founded in 1959 by Erik Roug. Roug has approximately 180 employees in Herning, Denmark.
