Suzlon Reports Steady Q3 Growth

Suzlon Energy Limited (SEL), Asia’s largest and the world’s fifth leading wind turbine manufacturer, reported strong growth on a consolidated basis in the third quarter of FY2006-07, ended December 31, 2006. The company reported a strong 113.5% growth in total revenues to INR 1,939.29 Crore over the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit after tax grew by 28.88% to INR 172.72 Crore and EPS by 28.24% to INR 6.04. SEL's consolidated order book stood at INR 7,716.23 Crores.
