Trina Solar to Launch Tested Solar Cell Line
Changzhou, China [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Trina Solar Limited has successfully tested the capabilities of its newly installed cell line, and anticipates that it will launch its 50-megawatt (MW) cell line beginning April 2007. The company will continue to ramp up its cell line capacity throughout 2007 and is expected to reach a target capacity of 150 MW by the fourth quarter. Trina Solar, which manufactures high quality monocrystalline modules, was founded in 1997 as a system installation company in China.
